Finally!

Okay, not my favorite picture, but Edward looks great doesn't he? She is so not good enough for him!

Things to Remember:

Just bring a good attitude and a book to donate to K.I.D.S.

We will have your tickets organized my the account name used on PayPal. It was going to be email, but things have changed. For instance, if "Susy" bought ten tickets under her husband's name on PayPal then she needs to remember that. Also, your friend might have bought you a ticket using her account. This would mean your friend has to pick up your ticket. It also means your friend has to wait around for you to come get your ticket.

Be patient with us. We are semi-professionals dealing with 320 eager fans.

We will start handing out tickets AROUND 6:00 right outside of the building. You will see us. Do not panic.

Once your ticket is in hand you can go inside, but our particular theatre will not be open until the theatre's management gives us the okay. Again, we ask you for patience.

Summit will have security present. No cameras of any kind (cell phones okay). If you are caught attempting to photograph or video anything inside the theatre you will be removed.

The Treehouse is staying open late for child care needs. 783-TREE (8733) for reservations.

Last year we had a winner of two free tickets, and she gets to pick her own seats, so do not get too angry when she is let in ahead of everyone else.

Devra, Shannon, and I do this for fun. We do not make money from this event. We just like a great party and some hot vampires and werewolves. We ask that you show kindness and patience, please.

See you at 6:00!

P.S. Devra, Shannon, and I also pay $21.00 for our tickets. No, I'm not kidding.

Reminders!

Okay, folks, we are less than a week away.

Do not worry about a receipt or a confirmation email. I have had literally hundreds of emails or calls filled with panic. We will do will call according to the PayPal email address used at the time of purchase.

Don't forget your new book(s) for K.I.D.S. You will receive an exclusive raffle ticket for each item donated.

The Treehouse Kids Club is staying open to accomodate this event. Call 783-TREE to make reservations for your children. Why shouldn't they enjoy a night out, as well?

See you at 6:00 on the 29th!

Never hesitate to email me with questions.

Less Than Two Weeks!

Just some reminders, updates, and news.

You do not HAVE to have your receipt or confirmation for your purchase. You will pick up your tickets at the theatre, and we will have them listed by the email address of your PayPal email account.

We will start handing out tickets around 6:00. We are asking the theatre's manager just how early we can set up, so we are not sure. Keep checking.

Remember, for this premiere you do not need to bring a dish/treat. Due to the heat and the lack of space, we moved the party indoors, and this does not allow for the food we typically have. Once you get your tickets, get your treats, then get in line in front of our particular theatre. We are hoping to open our doors at 6:15, but again this is up to management.

Finally, K.I.D.S. is the organization we love and support throughout our events. This year we are promoting reading. We are asking each guest to bring in at least one NEW book to donate. K.I.D.S. works with school aged children, so baby books are not needed. They are hoping for chapter books for young people, so that is encouraged. We thought books fit perfectly with our event since the Twilight book series (youth level reading) is what brings us together. For each new book you bring, you will receive a raffle ticket for an exclusive give away.

Looking forward to seeing you all! Email me with any questions! lemmonx3@aol.com

Okay...

Here it is. This should be the final plan for our event. The trouble is coming from the top, folks. Sorry.

You will pick up your tickets at 6:00-6:15 at the front of the theatre. We will open the door to our specific theatre at 6:15. We will have our fun until the private showing begins at 7:00!

Latest!

Summit has officially approved us for the pre-screening of Eclipse. We will begin at 7:00 with our party, and the movie will begin promptly at 8:00. We will be home in bed long before the rest of the world sees it. We will wave at them as we walk away, and they will all be standing in the hot, crowded line.

If you are interested in donating anything to raffle off, go ahead and email me at lemmonx3@aol.com. It's a great way to get your name out to 400 people.
