This Is It!

We will see you tonight! Do not come too much before 8:00. We will not be ready for you. We appreciate your patience with us this year. Each year things have become a bit more difficult to arrange for reasons we cannot mention online, and even though it is beyond frustrating we always enjoy the end result.

We would also like to thank our husbands for putting up with this five times.

KIDS!

Do not forget your donation to KIDS. We are collecting coloring books and crazy socks for boys or girls. With each donation, your name will be entered into a special raffle.

Two Theatre Drama!

We have received many emails and messages concerning the theatre situation. We have decided it's first come first serve. We will have tickets available at 8:00pm tomorrow. You can get in line at that time. We will fill up theatre A first (when the theatre staff allows). The overflow will move to the smaller theatre after the party portion of the event.

Please keep in mind, we have plenty of seats! No one should have to sit in the front three rows for the movie.

If this is your first event with us, we will explain at the theatre. Just roll with it.

Huge Change In Plans!

We have changed plans. We sure have enjoyed having the party in the theatre itself these past few go rounds, so we are going to do it again this final time.

The issue with having the party in the theatre is that we have two theatres this year.

Here is our solution:

TICKET HOLDERS WILL BE ASSIGNED A THEATRE (A or B). THE PARTY WILL HAPPEN IN THE LARGER (A) THEATRE. THOSE OF YOU ASSIGNED TO THE LARGER THEATRE WILL BE LET IN FIRST TO GET SEATED. THEN THOSE OF YOU ASSIGNED TO THE SMALLER (B) THEATRE WILL BE LET IN THE LARGER THEATRE LAST TO FILL IN THE FRONT EMPTY ROWS JUST FOR THE PARTY PORTION OF THE PREMIERE EVENT.

At the end of the party, we will allow time for the smaller theatre attendees to get settled in and for the larger theatre patrons to get their snacks and also settle in.

Is this clear?

We will begin a line at 8:00 and also start giving out tickets at that time. The party will start at 9:30. People will not be let in the theatre until 9:30. The movie will begin at 10:30 and lasts two hours.

Do not bring a dish to share.

Please, still bring a donation or two for KIDS (crazy socks/coloring books).

I need to give a special shout out to Dana. I was snippy with her via text this week. I am sorry. I was a little on edge that day.

Each year we collect items for KIDS CuddleKit Closet. This is a local non-profit that we hold very near and dear. If you have ever had a child visit Yuma Regional's pediatric unit, then you have been a recipient of a Cuddle Kit.

For this event we are collecting coloring books and crazy socks! How fun! For each item you bring, you will receive a raffle ticket. Please be generous. Kindness really does make a difference.

Announcement!

Have we kept you in suspense long enough? Things have finally come together for us. Let me tell you, this process gets a little more complicated with each movie.

~November 15!

~We are keeping things a little more intimate this year with a medium theatre.

~We will have 188 tickets available.

~Tickets are $20.00 each with a $1.00 PayPal fee.

~There is a four ticket limit per person.

~We will cancel your order if it is for more than four and if your name appears twice.

~If you do not have PayPal, find someone who does.

~There will be a premier party at 8:00pm and the movie will show at 10:30. Location to be announced.

~Tickets will be handed out at the entrance to the party.

~Tickets will be given only to the person they were purchased by.
